SECURE UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
Option A - MOBILE DEVICE

Option A (Mobile Device) Method:

Use your mobile device to send us documents if you do not have a scanner or electronic copies of the documents that you wish to send us.

1. Enter your email address, first name, and last name as this will be used to associate the documents you are about to upload with your client file.

2. Click on Browse

3. Choose “Take Photo” to take a picture of your individual documents to send us.

4. Please make sure to click on the screen to allow the camera to focus on the text on the document.

5. Choose “Use Photo” if you are happy with the quality.

6. Repeat steps 3-5 by clicking the “+Add more” button for multiple pages or documents that you need to send us.

7. Once you have uploaded all the documents, simply hit the upload button at the bottom and this will send us the documents that we need. We will automatically be notified of any documents that you upload to us.

Option B - DESKTOP COMPUTER

Option B (Desktop) Method:

Use your desktop or laptop computer if you have the documents scanned or an electronic format already.

1. Enter your email address, first name, and last name as this will be used to associate the documents you are about to upload with your client file.

2. Click on Browse or simply drag and drop your files onto the web page.

3. Repeat step 2 by clicking on the “+ Add more” button or simply drag and drop more files on to the page for additional documents that you need to send us.

4. Once you have uploaded all the documents, simply hit the upload button at the bottom and this will send us the documents that we need. We will automatically be notified of any documents that you upload to us.
